Usui Reiki - Level 2 Course
Reiki Level 2 gives you a toolbox of new techniques and practices, allowing you to work deeper and broader with the life force energy. It is also a great tool for anyone who has contact with people, like bodyworkers, yoga teachers, coaches, therapists or nurses.
This training is a big step toward becoming a professional Reiki practitioner (though you don’t need to have the goal to be a professional Reiki practitioner to benefit from this course), helping you strengthen your practice and continue to support personal and collective well-being.
The attunement will initiate your practice of Usui Reiki Level 2. During the course, you will be introduced to three Reiki symbols. We will focus on the activation of the 'Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen' symbol, facilitating distant Reiki treatments. You will be able to practice a distance treatment with somebody from the group and receive one in return.
We'll explore further how Reiki enables us to practice across distances and beyond the constraints of time, learning techniques that help with the release of trauma to heal situations from the past, and manifestation techniques to use Reiki for the future.
It's best to wait a few months after Level 1 before diving into Level 2. I waited a year, but up to three or four months is fine, as long as you could practice Reiki regularly on yourself, but also on friends & family. You will sense when the time is right for you.
During the Level 2 course, you will learn :
to draw the Reiki Kanji
the three symbols connected with the Second Level & their representative mantras
how to use the symbols to provide Reiki treatments long distance, to heal situations from the past, and to use Reiki for the future
impactful meditations with the symbols
new healing techniques for yourself and others
how to work with affirmations
manifestation techniques using Reiki
working as a Reiki Practitioner professionally

If you feel a little bit skeptical about distance treatments, no worries - I did too. But experiencing one (whether receiving or channeling) is the best way to ease the mind when it comes to new concepts. I sometimes find distance sessions even more powerful than presence ones.
