Hi, my name is Joanna.

Originally from France, but Berlin stole my heart during my studies, so I packed up and moved in 2016 after finishing my Master's in Marketing. I started off strong in a beauty start-up, but eventually, I felt totally out of sync with what I was meant to do. It got to the point where it was taking a toll on my well-being, so I made the tough call to quit.

The next year was a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but it was also a beautiful period of growth and rediscovery. Therapy and coaching, along with a longtime interest in alternative medicine, led me to realize that helping others with their overall health – physically, emotionally, and spiritually – was my calling.

Through inner work and practices like conscious breathing, meditation, and Reiki, my whole outlook changed. I became more present, reconnected with myself, and learned to trust in my body and my own healing power.

Now, I have to chance to give back as a Reiki practitioner, training at the Shiatsu Schule Kreuzberg and studying for the Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie. I don't claim to have all the answers, but I've learned that each of us holds a powerful potential within. Allow me to hold space for you and help you break through barriers, shake off old beliefs, and tap into your inner magic. It's about self-healing from what's holding you back, whether it's emotional baggage, mental blocks, or physical stuff. When we tap into our own wisdom, that's when we can start making the life we want.
